Refund policy
All returns are subject to our return policy criteria and terms. For full refunds to the original tender, items purchased online or in-store must be returned within 14 days after the purchase date,
You can initiate returns for eligible online orders from your thefinerie.com account or in person at our Seattle store.
Please ensure that the item matches the original packaging and label. Items sent to us by mistake, using the wrong label, or that do not meet our criteria under our return policy will not be returned to you or refunded.
RETURN CRITERIA
Clothing, shoes, jewelry, and accessories (including bags, scarves, hats, gloves, belts, and leather goods) may be returned in accordance with our return policy. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: artisan products, custom or made-to-order items, fragrances, cosmetics, and other personal care products. Furniture may only be returned if it is defective or damaged during delivery and may not be returned due to normal wear, customer damage, or dissatisfaction after use.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags attached, in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, dust bags, shoe boxes, and gift boxes when applicable. They must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
To ensure a fair shopping experience for all customers, we reserve the right to review large orders and unusual return activity on a case-by-case basis. Customers exhibiting excessive return patterns or misuse of our return policy may be subject to restrictions on future returns or purchases.
RESTOCKING FEES
Mailed returns that are shipped after 14 days of their original purchase date will be accepted at Finerie’s discretion and considered “late.” Accepted late returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of their original sale prices and credited to an electronic gift card in the client’s name.
SHIPPING FEES
Original shipping fees will only be credited back to the original purchase price if the item was defective or damaged during delivery. If the order was eligible for free shipping, no refund for shipping fees will be issued. Finerie does not assume responsibility for return shipping fees for items that are not defective or damaged in transit.
