Alice Kay Lee is a San Fransisco native who's love for pottery began at the age of 12.  Since that first clay class, she went on to become a potter, designer, teacher, painter, and jewelry maker. 

Moving to Seattle in 2017 Alice found a supportive community in the PNW and great place to raise her family.

The pottery is a culmination of Alice's experience as an interior designer, her skill sets as a n artist, and her personal practice as a Buddhist.  She brings a little Eastern influence to her Pacific Northwest work from carved porcelain to Asian styled transfer designs, to culturally inspired dinnerware.  

A Kurious Life also makes hand crafted jewelry from semi-precious gemstones with a focus on mindfulness and meditation practices.
