Carved Blue Clay Vase by Alice Kay Lee

Alice Kay Lee hand makes her pottery utilizing her combined experiences as an interior designer, her skill sets as an artist,  and her personal practice as a Buddhist.  Alice brings a little Eastern influence to her Pacific Northwest work form carved porcelain, to Asian styled transfer designs, to culturally inspired dinnerware.

This clay piece has been hand carved to showcase organic shapes that flow and have movement - and glazed with a stunning blue multi-tone finish- the earthiness of the clay comes thru for stunning contrast of blues and browns.
